Starting in 1997 as a kitchen & bath contractor, Brookfield has taken on projects over varying sizes and complexity over the last 25 years.

In 1997, when our company was started it was called Licari Kitchen & Bath. Then in 2016, Brookfield Interiors, a commercial interior outfit, was born to serve the commercial markets we weren’t reaching as a K&B contractor.

Now 6 years later, our companies are intermingling more than ever. On our commercial front, we have the capacity to work on nearly 100,000 square feet at a time, and on our residential front, we have focused on custom kitchens, baths & homes.

In 2020, the birth of Brookfield Builders took place, a cohesive company, in which both residential & commercial projects can live.

In the past 2 years, we have built 2 ground-up custom homes, fully renovated 19 homes, completed numerous kitchen & bath renovations & have been showing progress for carpentry, tile & painting on an 80,000 square foot commercial building in LIC.

So what is the plan now? We are looking to keep growing our company by establishing life-long relationships with like-minded companies and individuals in the construction space.
